1) A buyer with a sense of urgency will make a faster decision and pay more for a property. The properties we document are so well presented they sell faster and for higher prices. That raises the sense of urgency with the buyers you may represent. That’s good for your time and profit.
2) The imaging we do raises the perceived value of the property. Buyers love value. You represent value when you present these properties.
3) A well imaged property allows a buyer to positively refresh his memory of the property by reviewing the images and presentation. That helps place it on the short list of buyers. The more well imaged properties you show you increase your sale price potential as well as shorten the sales cycle.
