We have given this a lot of thought and effort and after research and many interviews with buyers, sellers and agents, these are the thoughts we have come up with.  BTW part of our research was looking at a lot of Local agent web sites some of which we have built.

The role of agents over the past 10 years has been a rapid transformation form one of “information broker” to one of “Transaction manager”  How we do business in this new environment must follow that paradigm.
