This home is the perfect rebuild and I don’t usually get excited about these older neighborhood rebuilds.  This one is done right.  On top of that rumor has it the price is under $200k.  Now don’t hold me to that I don’t sell homes and don’t represent this home but I do pass along those special finds I run into.  It’s a great neighborhood without punishing City Taxes but with the convenience a short commute and much better schools.  I can’t say enough about the quality and upscale amenities the builder put into this property.   It made our list this week.  Contact Kelly Kuzemchak for the current details, but don’t wait this home will be gone so fast…
