Real Estate Photography

• See our exclusive proprietary “i3D process”
• We travel within 15 miles of our office and up to 1.5 hr on site (travel > 1 hr is additional)
• All Mileage is charged at $0.50 per mile round trip
• Agent must be on site at time of shoot
• If agent is staging we may assist provided time does not exceed time detailed in price tables
• Home owner should read and follow tips in our “Internet Visualization” process
• We generally produce between 30 and 50 images, depending on residence (see pricing details)
• Images produced are suitable for use in our “Virtual Tour” option
• Agent must coordinate our schedule with the owners and makes final shoot arrangements
• Images are sent via our “New Distribution Service” when processed, typically within 24-48 hours.
• We deliver High Resolution “Print” and low resolution “optimized for web/video/TV” images.
